Moving is a pain in the ass, Cassandra. It doesn't have to be—it shouldn't be—but it's an experience that gives you headache and anxiety largely because of all the rotten service you get. I bought three large appliances and had them delivered and installed (from Best Buy), and the customer experience, from first to last, was abysmal.
